Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Our Early Years Foundation Stage (or EYFS) lays the foundations of children’s learning during their time in our Nursery and Reception classes. We ensure learning is meaningful and long-lasting: children learn through having fun in an exciting and stimulating environment with high-quality interactions with our passionate team of staff. Children feel like they are discovering the learning for themselves even though it has been carefully planned by staff. 

We aim to work with each child and their family to build a love of school and learning, an understanding of themselves and an academic readiness for the journey into Year 1 and beyond.
