Wednesday Wake up/Shake up (Years 1 & 2)

The club includes a variety of activities which improve fitness, teach new skills and encourage participation in physical activity with the aim of getting children moving and enjoying physical activity and ready for a successful day. The sessions are for anybody; they are fun, energetic and designed to wake up the mind and body.

Suitable footwear is required.  Wednesday Wake up/Shake up starts at 08.15am

Thursday Tag Rugby (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6)

The aim of the game is to get the ball to the other end of the pitch whilst dodging the opposing players. Rather than pulling you to the floor, however, the opponent simply needs to grab your Velcro tag to get the ball off you.  Tag rugby has all the speed, excitement and skill of traditional rugby, but with simpler and safer rules. It is fast-paced and every member of the team plays an important role.   Suitable footwear is required.  Tag Rugby starts at 08.00am.

Friday Multi Skills (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6)

This club will give children an introduction to various sports in a fun and safe environment.  Children will experience sports such as football, tennis, hockey, athletics, basketball, cricket and more, learning the basic rules and technical aspects of the sports and then putting their skills into practice during fun games. All sessions are designed to incorporate and challenge all children, no matter their skill level or experience. The main focus of all sessions is that children have fun.  Suitable footwear is required.   Friday Multi Skills starts at 08.00am.
